Absolutely! We have the ability to build homes of any architectural style. If you are still in the planning stages, we do recommend collaborating with us as soon as possible as we will be able to assist with preliminary budget information and coordinate pre-construction selections.

How long does it take to design and build a custom home?
Just as each home is custom, as are the timeframes. In general, it takes 3-5 months for the design, engineering, and permitting stages and 9 to 12 months for the construction. The Coppertree team will assist in coordinating your selections and your construction loan closing while the plans are being engineered and permitted. Working with us ensures the design and construction process meets all scheduling objectives.
How are architectural fees charged?
Architectural and design fees are dependent upon the scope of work of each individual home. There is variation not only in exterior/interior selections, but in using one of our formula plans or designing from scratch as well.
How much does a Coppertree home cost?
Without a detailed conversation, it is impossible to estimate the construction costs of a custom home. There are an infinite number of variables that can increase or decrease construction costs, energy efficiency, and overall durability, and price per square foot is not the appropriate measurement tool with a custom home. Once we have developed a clearly defined plan with you, we can give you a solid preliminary budget.
